Excellent tofu making class! Marie explained everything well and answered all of my questions. She is very kind and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the making procees, I learned a lot, and the tofu turned out really tasty. Highly recommended! Thank you Marie for a wonderful and memorable experience.

Amazing class and instructors! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable and it was fascinating to learn about different types of miso, where they originated in Japan, annd anbout other garments like Amazake! I’m now inspired by the fermentation of koji and can’t wait to try at home. Arigatou gozaimasu for the experience and I will be back for more Amazake as well! Couldn’t recommend the experience more!

Much harder than I thought it would be. Instructors were super kind and helpful. I had lots of fun. I just wish that we had more practice turns.

Ive decided to sign up for my son (24) and I (55) to take this. I was afraid it was too childlish but we both ended up enjoying so much. It was easy enough but took some challenges that made us excited to work in fake food making! I was amazed how people came up with all technique and process to make wax food so real. We made a great memory and something to laugh about all evening. We have to stay active and young, to play more. The best part is this is something everyone can do, 5 yrs to 90yrs, I think its the best easy and fun activity! I hope people try this.

Amazing workshop with Yoko-san! She is passionate about miso and Japanese cuisine and shares it beautifully. Recommended for an authentic experience in Osaka!

The miso experience was so fun and hands on! I learned various interesting facts about miso that I never knew before. Getting my hands dirty and knowing that it will be my original miso makes me more excited to taste the miso after it is fully fermented. The staff were so easy to talk to and I had many amazing conversations with them and learned so much about their store's concept and their love for their products. Being able to taste various miso also broadened my taste buds and made me realize that there are much more complex flavors and varieties of miso that I should try in the future. I was also able to try different flavors of amazake, a sweet fermented rice drink, which I didn't know existed. I knew of the original flavor, but I never thought adding different flavors would make amazake more versatile. The store is quite small, but it felt welcoming and warm both outside and inside. It made anyone who stepped inside feel like they were in a small homey welcoming atmosphere where they could relax and enjoy their time. Everything about the store and the experience was amazing. Getting there was easy, and finding it was straightforward. If I am ever back in that area, I would definitely return to try more of their products.

So much fun! Many thanks to Yuichi for a warm and wonderful experience. We made two parfaits, two ramen and a mini tart keychain. Would highly recommend to anyone whose kids are tired of looking at temples and castles.

I wanted to draw as well as my coach, but it was difficult because I'm a beginner! But I enjoyed it. It's fun to draw freely!
