This was a fabulous experience for my wife and I and our son and his wife. Started by visiting the grounds especially the vegetable and herb garden. Our chef was a superb instructor and included everybody in preparing the meal: gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana, chicken cacciatore and a delicious chocolate lava cake. Thank you so much for a wonderful cooking experience

We had a wonderful time at our cooking course with Giovanni! After a very easy commute in their family auto from Sorrento, we were welcomed into the family home with open arms. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening in every regard! Giovanni walked us informatively through preparation of pasta, fritters, and a veal ragu dish, all of which were fun to make and thoroughly enjoyable to eat along with the wonderful wine choices! This was such a great experience! My grandson ( 14 years old ) and I were really excited about this one. We were a party of 2, which made it even better because it was just us. No other people to share the cooking duties with! we made 2 Raviolis with a pork/cheese stuffing, A pasta with a very light lemon sauce, Brasciolle with was amazing, Pizza bread and Lava Cake for dessert. Abbiamo appena fatto il corso di cucina in coppia e ci è piaciuto tantissimo!😊 Il personale era molto preparato e simpatici,e le ricette erano deliziose.E stato un modo divertente e rilassante per passare la giornata insieme.Lo consigliamo vivamente per provare qualcosa di nuovo!
