Hosted through Cozymeal, this small-group 3-course cooking class in Milan welcomes only 8 guests for a truly personalized experience. Set in a cozy home-style studio, you’ll enjoy Italian wine and limoncello as you prepare a menu of regional classics alongside a skilled local chef.


The menu you will prepare includes:


- First course: Aperitivo of Chianti-region salumi and cheese, plus bruschetta with sausage, rosemary and melted cheese

- Second course: Handmade pasta, including garganelli alla Amatriciana, fettuccine carbonara and seasonal ravioli with sage butter

- Dessert: Traditional tiramisù with mascarpone and espresso-soaked ladyfingers
