Sample Menu

STARTER
Moringa and Cauliflower Soup
A rich, creamy soup of fresh moringa leaves, cauliflower, taro root, coconut cream, rosemary and mustard seeds.
STARTER
Dapur Sate Stick
Crispy grated taro mixed with Balinese spices wrapped around a lemongrass stick. Served with papaya sambal and tamarind chutney.
MAIN
Usada Kitchari
Made with heritage rice, split yellow mung beans, cauliflower, moringa, pumpkin, toasted sesame, and fermented vegetables.
MAIN
Green Mungbean Thoran
Whole green mung bean cooked with ginger, tomato and our signature curry powder. Served with sautéed malabar and a crunchy dosa.
DESSERT
Bounty Ball
Chocolate-coated coconut ball with mint, coconut and honey, a healthful tropical indulgence.

The Jamu Class is held at the first floor of Dapur Usada restaurant on Jl. Sugriwa 4 in central Ubud. Bike parking is available. Note that car parking is only available at the south end of Sugriwa street, a 12 minute walk from the restaurant. Car drop off is available.
