What You’ll Experience

Step into a real Sardinian kitchen in the heart of Cagliari and experience our culinary traditions firsthand. You’ll learn how to prepare culurgiones, the iconic Sardinian ravioli, made with fresh dough and a traditional potato and mint filling. We’ll also make fresh tagliatelle, using local flours and simple techniques passed down through generations. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and appetite! Once the cooking is done, we’ll sit down together to enjoy a home-cooked Sardinian meal. We’ll start with a typical antipasto platter of Sardinian cheeses, cured meats, local honey, and regional wine. Then, we’ll taste the pasta we prepared—served with traditional sauces—and finish with a typical Sardinian dessert and a glass of artisanal Mirto, the island’s famous myrtle liqueur. This experience is perfect for food lovers, travelers seeking authentic cultural experiences, or anyone curious to taste the real flavors of Sardinia. You’ll leave with new cooking skills, local recipes, and warm memories of Sardinian hospitality.
