Once the dough is ready, you'll discover the art of hand-stretching, a fundamental technique for authentic Italian pizza that will give you a light and airy base. Then, it's time to unleash your creativity: you'll have a selection of fresh, high-quality ingredients at your disposal, from ripe tomatoes and fragrant basil to stringy mozzarella, and local cured meats and vegetables, to create your ideal pizza.
