You’ll begin by preparing sopas, masa-based cakes topped with beans, salsa, and cheese, followed by crafting tamales filled with a unique blend of tomato, beans, cactus, and spearmint dressing. The class also includes making a traditional cornbread using amaranth, corn, and rice flour, as well as a white mole sauce with almonds and pine nuts. To further enhance your experience, you’ll visit the vibrant Mercado de Medellin, exploring stalls filled with fresh vegetables and local products.
