Experience Details
You will learn how to cook real khachapuri "Ajaruli" according to an old recipe of the families in Ajara (Georgian region). It is famous Georgian cheese pie with egg yolk in the center. You will make the true Ajarian khachapuri under the guidance of our cook, and also you will make Georgian dumplings - "khinkali" in style of local highlanders. During the class you will hear interesting stories about Georgia, its culture and inhabitants.
Of course, after the class you will enjoy the meal you cooked, with a glass of delicious homemade wine (included in the price).

The chef was very personable and the experience was quite fun. We had not read that we needed to come hungry, so if you see this definitely come hungry! There is plenty of food and wine.
We had a great time! Chef and her daughter made the experience a lot of fun and great teachers. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was jovial.
