Together we will prepare typical dishes of the Campanian tradition, using genuine ingredients and recipes handed down for generations.
You will learn the secrets of Sorrento cuisine, from the classic gnocchi alla sorrentina to the delicious aubergine parmesan with the possibility to adapt the menu according to the season. At the end of the course. enjoy your creations in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean scents.
