With the guidance of an expert chef, you will learn step by step how to make the traditional mole poblano, mixing its unique ingredients and discovering the secrets of its preparation. During the season, you can also prepare the emblematic chile en nogada. In the end, you will enjoy the dish you created yourself, accompanied by a welcoming atmosphere that will make this experience unique and memorable. A feast for your senses!

It is a mixture of different kinds of chilies, chocolate and spices, among other ingredients.

It consists of a roasted and peeled poblano pepper, weathered and stuffed with a stew between salty and sweet and bathed in a nut cream known as nogada.
