The cooking class we did was a wonderful experience, maybe the best during our trip! The approach was really personal, & very professional at the same time. Everybody had a lovely time while making delicious pasta. Francesca made the pasta afterwards with a lot of love in our kitchen! We weren't allowed in the kitchen, since she insisted on us having a wonderful time at the table all together and we definitely did!
We were pleasantly surprised by the cooking workshop! While on holiday with friends, we booked this experience for someone’s birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect morning activity. We enjoyed preparing a delicious lunch and still had plenty of time to relax by the pool afterward. The two chefs were incredibly friendly and provided excellent explanations throughout the session. We were a family of 7, grandparents, adult children and grandchildren. Angela and Mariana made learning how to make 3 types of pasta enjoyable for all. The service was outstanding, friendly (like family) and understanding (we were not good pasta makers). The dishes served were delicious. Grazie mille.
Francesca is competent, humorous, patient. She efficiently taught us how to make four different types of pasta and then prepared and served a beautiful and very tasty dinner.
Don’t know which was more fun- creating the pasta or eating it! Our family of 7 loved the cooking lesson with Francesca & Marianna. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
