At Khmisa's workshop, located in a traditional Riad in the Medina, you'll experience Moroccan cuisine in a warm, family-like atmosphere. Specializing in Moroccan cuisine and pastries, Khmisa and Kawtar have worked with renowned hotels and restaurants both in Morocco and abroad. They will guide you through the cooking process, sharing insights into Moroccan culinary traditions. Start your adventure with a visit to a local souk, where you'll explore vibrant market stalls and select fresh ingredients. Afterward, enjoy traditional mint tea and learn the ritual of Moroccan tea preparation before diving into the cooking session. The class includes preparing a typical Moroccan meal with starters, a main course, and dessert. Participate in hands-on cooking, discover the secrets of Moroccan spices, and work together as a team.
