Experience Details

At 10:30 am I arrive at the Agriturismo "Il Tintore". Greetings and a small welcome drink. Then delivery of the baskets that will be used for the collection of seasonal products directly in the garden. At the end what was collected is taken to the kitchen and preparation begins.


First of all it is explained how do pasta by hand (Gnocchi or Tagliatelle) with the details of the quantity of ingredients and then proceed to the dough. Then the guests prepare the sauce with what they collected in the garden. With the same products we prepare a second and TUTTI A TAVOLA ....

What You’ll Experience

In the enchanting and familiar environment of Agriturismo il Tintore with a splendid view over the Tramonti valley. The experience begins with a walk in the garden where, in the company of Aniello, you will gather everything you need to create a unique lunch that encompasses all the simplicity of Tramonti's home cooking. Chef Raffaella will involve you and make you a very active participant dedicated to the realization of the courses that you will taste accompanied by an endless superb wine. At 11:00 the arrival at the Agriturismo "Il Tintore" is expected. Greetings and a small welcome drink.
