Good to Know
Join me for an authentic Moroccan culinary workshop, a friendly experience where we will cook together in my own kitchen. We will first go to the small shops of the neighborhood to choose the best fresh ingredients, then we will prepare step by step a traditional meal that I will guide you to make. Then we will share the dish that you cooked yourself, accompanied by a real Moroccan tea and delicious pastries DE. More than just a cooking course, it is a warm immersion in Moroccan gastronomy and culture, punctuated by flavors, exchanges and good humor.

Together we will buy everything we need for the course. This is not a Point of Sale, but DE small local shops located near DE chez moi. Once our ingredients are selected, we will go home to start the workshop.
I will begin the course EN initiating you to the preparation of real Moroccan tea. We will then take the time DE enjoy it accompanied DE delicious Moroccan cookies and pastries, while getting EN know each other in a friendly atmosphere.
The menu will include starters and a main course. I will guide you step by step through each step of the preparation, EN sharing my personal techniques and my selection of herbs and spices to create an authentic Moroccan EN meal rich in flavors.
NB: The afternoon workshops DE do not include the “shopping” part, as fresh vegetables are no longer available at this time. If you would like to participate in purchasing DE its ingredients, please book a course in the morning.

Fun and convivial experience
The workshop was incredibly convivial, fun, and engaging. I had such a wonderful time—Najla was fantastic, and it was a real joy to chat with her while discovering more about Moroccan cuisine and culture. The fact that everything took place in her home made the experience even more authentic and special. I would absolutely recommend this experience!
