We don't just tell you how to cook the Moroccan way, we want to make you ambassadors for Moroccan cuisine, to take and share with the world. You will learn not just recipes but the skills deep within our culture so that you can go away and develop your own dishes at home.

What You’ll Experience

Whether you’re here for a short time or a while, looking to learn a new skill, or just meet some new people, I’d love to teach you to cook the Moroccan way. We will focus on dishes that are easy to reproduce when you return home, from the traditional to the new we explore a range of North African styles, all of which I’m sure you’ll love. We keep create a fun and friendly environment tailored to beginners or experts. So come and join me on our Moroccan cooking adventure! In our rooftop kitchen and spend the time preparing the ingredients, cooking, tasting and exploring these exciting new flavour. You will have plenty of time throughout to ask questions and get individual assistance.
