Nothing makes us so famous in the world such as pasta! And nothing can make us feel like home while we are far away as a forkful of this dish, so simple and yet so tasty! But do we really know its secrets and regional specialties? In a lovely farmhouse among the olive trees near Assisi, we will learn the biological phases of this product from the grain to the grind, we will learn to recognize the various types of flour, its processing techniques, and experience the flour processing into typical Umbrian pasta. Our chef will teach us how to prepare different types of pasta and will give us some advice on the preparation of the sauce for each one. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch with the result of our work and other typical products. After lunch, we will take you to discover an ancient village that is one of the jewels of our region: Rasiglia, the village of streams. The town, which preserves the typical characteristics of the medieval village by gathering in an amphitheater structure, is famous for its springs: walking through the suggestive alleys of the center, it is impossible not to be enchanted by the waterways that cross the town, making it unique and fascinating.
