Learn the stories of Dysart House, visit our fully functioning distillery and get a unique guided tasting of our products.
Dysart house, Kempton, has been home to Old Kempton Distillery since November 2015. On site we make a variety of spirits including; single malt whisky, gin, and liqueurs. All made using 100% Tasmanian ingredients.
The Cafe, full of house made treats, is open 10am until 4pm as is the Cellar Door - full of Tasmanian produce, our spirits and local wines.

Very nice place to spend few hours. We visited the the distillery and tried few whiskey and gins. Everyone very friendly and passionate. Must go not far from Hobart.
