What You’ll Experience

In this exclusive hidden space in Seoul, you'll embark on a unique culinary journey. The experience features a Korean vegan course meal, carefully crafted with seasonal ingredients and traditional Korean flavors. Each dish is paired with premium Korean liquors like makgeolli, omija wine, and distilled soju, chosen to enhance the flavors of the food. Before the meal, you'll have the opportunity to learn about Korean plant-based cuisine, gaining insight into the use of fermented sauces(e.g. Gochujang, doenjang, soy sauce, sesame oil, perilla oil, etc.) and the variety of seasonal vegetables that define Korean cooking. This is more than just a meal—it's a deep dive into the heart of Korean culinary tradition, re-imagined for the modern vegan diner.
