Experience Details

Our activity is more than just a cooking class; it’s an immersive journey into making excellent pizza, backed by years of catering experience. We use organic, Demeter biodynamic, genuine, and high-quality Italian ingredients to ensure sustainability and health. Learn about Mother Yeast sourdough and how to serve authentic Italian aperitifs. Each participant will receive a piece of our 7-year-old sourdough starter, ideal for baking bread, braids, pastries, and pizza. Enjoy exquisite regional Swiss and the finest Italian wines from Piemonte (Italy). Additionally, you’ll make original tiramisu using a cherished family recipe.


Participants will be actively involved in every step and can enjoy all the delicious food and drinks without any extra charge. Experience everything in a fun and lively Italian atmosphere!

STARTER
A burst of Mediterranean flavor, perfect to whet the appetite.
Pizza & Focaccia Artichokes Sautéed with Balsamic Vinegar Spiced Semi-Dried Cherry Tomatoes Green Olives
MAIN
Pizza with or without Mozzarella, Focaccia with italian ingredients
Let's learn how to use sourdough, which helps create a soft interior with air pockets and a crispy crust. Differents filling for a delicious focaccia.
DESSERT
Fresh farm eggs, mascarpone, and coffee.
Learn to make tiramisu using grandma's recipe with fresh farm eggs.

What You Get

Dinner
Organic and high-quality wines from Piemont (Italy) such as Nebbiolo (used to produce Barolo), Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, as well as other regional wines from Switzerland by Simmendinger.
In a pizza and focaccia class, participants use mixing bowls, measuring cups, rolling pins, dough scrapers, baking sheets, pizza peels, knives, and oven mitts.

Immerse yourself in the rich culinary traditions of Italy with an unforgettable cooking class and dinner experience! Beginning: Aperitivo & wine Homemade pizza & focaccia Delve into the art of making classic Italian PIZZA and FOCACCIA using our treasured 7-year-old sourdough starter. Get your hands dirty as you learn the secrets of kneading and shaping the perfect dough. We drink only carefully curated organic wines from the Piemont region. Tiramisu, made using my grandmother's recipe You'll not only learn to prepare authentic Italian dishes, but you'll also gain a deeper appreciation for the culture and traditions that surround them. Don't miss this unique opportunity to create lasting memories and discover the true flavors of Italy! Duration: Approximately 3 hours Includes: Aperitivo, pizza, cooking class, dinner, wine tasting, and dessert Please note: This class is hands-on, so please come prepared to get your hands dirty!
