In your 2-hour hands-on Puerto Rican cooking class learn to cook three dishes from scratch. Learn to cook traditional Puerto Rican dishes using family recipes and local ingredients. You will join Susimar in her outdoor kitchen and help her make a beverage with seasonal fruit, a salad with herbs that you will hand pick from the farm, and a comforting healing soup with a homemade dressing.
