Your tagliere (platter) features an exquisite variety of Italian specialties: Mozzarella di Bufala Campana, Ricotta, Culatello, sweet and spicy salami, Prosciutto Crudo di Parma, Pistachio Mortadella, Parmigiano, Pecorino Romano, Caciotta Romana, and a unique Parmigiano Fried Shell filled with Ricotta and Avocado. To complement these flavors, enjoy freshly baked Focaccia Napoletana and Neapolitan mini pizzas. Paired with this feast are three distinguished Italian red wines: Amarone (from Northern Italy), Chianti (from Central Italy), and Primitivo di Manduria (from Southern Italy).
