In this hands-on class, you'll learn the art of making fresh pasta from scratch, crafting two classic shapes: tagliatelle and gnocchi. Under expert guidance, you’ll prepare two delicious sauces—a saffron-infused Bolognese and a mouthwatering Sorrentina. As you cook, enjoy an Aperitivo Italiano with bruschetta, olives, and Prosecco, elevating the experience into a true Italian feast.


With the aroma of homemade pasta filling the air, the evening concludes with a Neapolitan ricotta cheesecake and freshly brewed Moka espresso. This class is more than just a meal; it's a unique New York experience combining architecture, authentic Italian cuisine, and great company.
