Step into a kitchen in Lucca and explore the art of fresh pasta. Begin with basic dough preparation using eggs, flour and local ingredients like spinach or squid ink to create colored variations. Then shape a variety of pastas including tagliatelle, gnocchi and filled ravioli.


Prepare sauces ranging from light lemon and seafood to creamy carbonara and spicy arrabbiata. End the class with a dessert of semifreddo al croccantino, topped with crunchy almonds. Enjoy your creations with wine or beer if you choose to bring your own and leave with a deeper appreciation for regional Italian cuisine.
