During this tour you will visit a protected cascade, you will visit traditional traditional restaurants for Breakfast and Lunch. Panamanian food is delicious.
In the other hand we will walk during 45 minutes into the jungle, while you can see plants and animals. The tour includes Exotic fruits and Panamanian snacks as well. Finally, the cascade is just a Magic place, it feels like heaven and the panoramic views will amaze you.

The tour was really good. It was remote and not a public trail so we didn’t see anyone else. The mountain side drive is bumpy so I recommend Dramamine before you go.
