Experience Details

A treat for all five senses - Culinary Experiences accurately capture the charm of Grenadian culture and cuisine. Leave feeling nourished and fulfilled having learned about Grenadian culture through food, friends, family, and fun!


The tour includes a Cooking Class and a Garden Tour. You will pick your produce from the garden and learn how they have been used for generations to create healthy and delicious Grenadian specialties. Meals can be tailored to suit specific preferences and dietary needs. All are welcome and our most important ingredient is love.

This crispy light traditional favourite features salted cod fish and lots of fresh seasoning.

A Crispy and delicious vegan option. These fritters feature fresh callaloo from the Homestead and lots of seasoning.

The National dish of Grenada. Includes pork, chicken, salted cod, vegetables and provisions simmered in turmeric, coconut milk and green seasoning.

National Dish of Grenada. Chick peas, fresh vegetables and provisions from the Homestead are simmered in turmeric, green seasoning and coconut milk.

An Indo-Caribbean favorite. Meat or Vegan curry is paired with Dahl Puri roti skins. Bursting with flavour and spices.

Fresh fish - grilled or fried with a tomato and onion gravy. Served with rosemary turmeric rice, stewed callaloo and steamed seasonal vegetables.

What You’ll Experience

Guests enjoy several interactive culinary activities through out the experience. A guided tour through the Home Hospitality Homestead is also included. Guests can learn about the nutritional and medicinal benefits of all the spices, herbs and vegetables grown there. Unlimited food and drinks are included. Fresh coconut water, local juice and delicious Rum Punch will be flowing for the entire experience!
