Enter a refined kitchen in Lucca and begin your class with a trio of antipasti including carpaccio and buffalo mozzarella. Then, prepare your choice of risotto using top-quality seasonal ingredients and expert stirring techniques.


Next, cook veal scaloppine in one of four classic styles and finish with semifreddo al croccantino. Savor each dish in a relaxed setting and enjoy your own wine or beer with the meal. Leave with elevated culinary skills and gourmet recipes to share at home.
