The Liberties district, home of Guinness. The Guinness family adopted a philanthropic and progressive policy of building homes for their workers, creating low-cost, high-quality housing. Through the Iveagh Trust, founded by Edward Cecil Guinness, homes were built with essential services, with the aim of improving the living conditions of workers and their families, while promoting social cohesion and public health. These interventions were aimed at countering overcrowding and poor housing conditions in Dublin in the 19th and early 20th centuries.

Guinness Storehouse

Visiting the Guinness Storehouse is a unique experience, beginning with the famous contract signed by Arthur Guinness in 1759 for the lease of the brewery for 9,000 years.
