The experience is curated not only for food tasting , but to create an interaction with the locals , from the fishermen at the fish markets to the friendly locals who love sharing their stories with visitors.

this will be the first stop of the tour where we will go try some fresh fish at a fish market that gets the fish straight from the sea, then the fire and straight into your belly.

here we make a stop at one of Maputo's most vibrant bars for a taste of the local beer to wash down the fish and cleanse the palate for the next stop.
