After a brief introduction to the family's fascinating history and the rich culinary tradition of the region, you are given the opportunity to enjoy a unique culinary experience.


Wearing an apron and guided by maestro Gambardella or his expert wife Maria Luisa, you immerse yourself in the activities of the kitchen like a true chef from the Sorrento Peninsula. Careful selection of ingredients, dough made with care and attention, and learning the secrets to creating perfect handmade pasta are just the beginning!

Eggplant parmigiana
You will prepare the typical aubergine parmigiana with your own hands: aubergines, tomato, mozzarella and parmesan!

You will prepare the dough for the very famous Sorrento gnocchi.
