Handmade Pasta Cooking Class with Italian Chef in Montenegro

We will welcome you to our villa to learn the famous and ancient art of making handmade pasta. Get to know your Italian chef host, and the others in your class, and prepare for three hours of fun, food and amazing experience. After introductions you will assist on preparation of the sauce that will be created and explained by the chef. Once the sauce is ready you’ll move on to making your handmade pasta tagliatelle or ravioli. You will mix, roll and cut your dough with safe food cutting procedures, and prepare your pasta for cooking. Enjoy the atmosphere while the kitchen fills with the smells of your creations, and learn the secrets of great, Italian cooking. Once everything is ready and our pasta is perfectly cooked, it’s time to sit down and relax tasting your handmade pasta accompanied with a delicious glass of local wine. At the end of course to all the participants will be offered a printed recipe of the handmade pasta so you can recreate your pasta at home. If you have any specific dietary requirements or restrictions, please advise at time of booking. We are HACCP Certified for Food Hygiene and Safety in 2023.
