Menu

- Aperitivo: Artisanal cheeses and cured meats from Chianti

- First course: Rustic bruschetta with sausage, melted cheese and rosemary

- Second course: Fresh pasta made from two dough styles, shaped into tagliatelle, maccheroni or seasonal ravioli, finished with butter and sage sauce

- Dessert: Classic tiramisù with espresso-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream
