This class offers hands-on experience with the guidance of two top Milanese chefs, teaching you to craft authentic Italian dishes. You’ll master pasta-making in a variety of shapes and learn to prepare traditional sauces, like carbonara and a nutty butter and sage sauce, while using seasonal ingredients. The small group setting allows for personalized attention, and you’ll leave with recipes and skills to recreate these iconic dishes at home, topped off by the creation of a perfect tiramisù dessert.
