We'll show you how to make the perfect pasta: no machine, just your hands, with simple ingredients and lots of love. You will learn to create the perfect dough that gives life to a unique fresh pasta. If you have the curiosity and desire to discover a typical food of the Apulian gastronomic tradition, this is the right experience for you. Learn while having fun, and bring Puglia to the table!

Orecchiette, prepare them with me and take them home with you! Workshop for an excellent dough of the typical Apulian pasta. Fresh pasta class for couples or small groups (NO SINGLE). Flexibility of schedule. Make orecchiette with one of the best chefs ever. We will welcome you with a fresh aperitif, at km 0, with the products of our campaign (allergies or intolerances are to be communicated at the time of Reservation). You will prepare your orecchiette and once the workshop is over you can take home your tray of fresh pasta :) We will show you how to make the perfect pasta: just your hands, simple ingredients and lots of love. If you are curious to discover a typical food of the Apulian gastronomic tradition, this is the right experience for you.

Luxury white dinner cruise

Perfect experience

We had a great experience at Dora's cooking class. I went with my hubby and 4 year old. Dora was great, we learnt a lot and she was very attentive to the little one so he didnt feel left out. My child also had a peanut allergy and Dora was vwry receptive to this when planning the dishes. Thanks for a grat time we loved it 😀

Moment d exception

Experience formidable avec notre fille de 5 ans. Dora & Antonio sont très accueillants et nous ont appris à faire de délicieuses pâtes. 7 sortes différentes. C est ludique et on passe un moment rare d échange et de transmission. On déguste nos productions avec les produits de leur maison. Antonio parle anglais et un peu français. Nous parlons mal anglais mais tout était clair ça n est pas un frein À faire absolument, Merci à eux

Fantastic experience - highly recommended

A fantastic pasta class for 8 friends. A total experience: we learned to make a selection of pasta shapes from scratch (with various levels of success 😂), & had great fun. Dora & her team are wonderfully welcoming. A delicious lunch followed & we now have pasta prepared for this evening. Highly recommended
