First, you'll make your way to a local restaurant that serves traditional Jamaican dishes such as brownstew chicken, curry chicken, brownstew pork, stew beef and boiled ground produce. You'll get to savor the flavors of the dishes that have been passed down for generations. Next, you'll be taken to a roadside jerk restaurant, where you'll get to sample the famous Jamaican jerk chicken. This spicy and savory dish is cooked over an open flame, giving it a smoky flavor that is sure to tantalize your taste buds.
A very special countryside food experience is bookable for Saturdays or Wednesday's. Enjoy a succulent whole roasted suckling pig prepared with authentic blend of Jamaican herbs and spices that awaken your senses with every bite.
