In our pastry class, you'll learn a variety of baking techniques such as making different types of dough, working with various types of fillings and toppings, mastering decorating skills, and creating a wide range of delicious pastries, pies, tarts, cookies, cakes, and more. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, our class will help you develop the knowledge and techniques to create beautiful and tasty pastries. WE NOT ONLY TEACHING RECIPES *UNDERSTANDING > the basics of pastry making, such as types of flour, fats, and leavening agents. *LEARNING > how to create different types of dough, cream, ganache, filling *EXPLORING > various filling options like custards, creams, fruits, and nuts. *MASTERING > techniques for shaping and decorating pastries, including piping and layering. *EXPERIMENTING > with flavor combinations and presentation to create visually appealing and delicious pastries. *TROUBLESHOOTING > common pastry issues and learning how to avoid them in the future. Overall, you can expect a hands-on experience full of practical knowledge and creative inspiration to elevate your pastry skills.
