Enter the world of Italian culinary tradition with Al Dente Cooking School, where every ingredient tells a story and every gesture in the kitchen becomes art. In a welcoming and authentic atmosphere, you will learn how to create fresh handmade pasta from scratch, kneading the dough carefully until it is transformed into perfect pastries and traditional formats.


But the experience does not end there: we will also guide you in the preparation of the perfect tiramisu, the most iconic Italian dessert, teaching you the secrets to get a velvety cream and an irresistible balance of flavors.


The greatest moment? Sit back and enjoy your creations, accompanied by a good glass of wine or espresso, just as the Italian tradition dictates.

What You’ll Experience

Immerse yourself in an authentic culinary experience in the hills of Sorrento by participating in our fresh pasta and tiramisu class, immersed in an earthly paradise surrounded by olive and lemon groves. You will be greeted by the cook who will offer you a welcome prosecco with savoury snacks. You will discover the secrets of family recipes handed down from generation to generation, learning to create traditional dishes with your own hands using fresh and natural ingredients. What will you learn during class? During the lesson, you will be guided by our cook, at every stage of the preparation of: Fresh egg pasta: You will learn how to knead, roll out and shape two types of pasta, one simple as tagliatelle or fettuccine and one stuffed as ravioli alla caprese, using simple but quality ingredients such as flour and fresh eggs from our hens. Authentic seasonings: You will complete your dishes with typical sauces with seasonal vegetables or a fresh tomato sauce. Tiramisu: You will discover the secrets of tiramisu and learn how to prepare it like a true master pastry chef! Everyone will prepare their own and then taste it.
