We are a cooking school located in a superb residence in Marrakech. We invite you to explore our range of varied workshops, where you can learn how to use our traditional ingredients to create an authentic Moroccan meal, respecting family culinary traditions. Guided by our experts, you will participate in the preparation of emblematic dishes such as salads, briouates, tajines, pastillas, couscous and traditional Sephardic plates.

This cooking class was so helpful, as I grew up half Moroccan and would love to make these dishes at home. The staff was so nice and helpful and it was a very fun and interactive class.
A group of us had a wonderful evening dinner last night with the family that run the Lamai Chef cooking school. It was in their family home. Beautiful food and lovely and charming family.
