What You’ll Experience

You’ll start by learning how to transform just four humble ingredients—water, flour, salt, and yeast—into traditional Neapolitan pizza dough. Each participant will have their own personal workstation, ensuring a fully hands-on, authentic experience from start to finish. Under the guidance of a master pizzaiolo, you’ll knead, shape, stretch, and top your pizza using fresh local ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, basil, and DOP extra virgin olive oil. Once baked in a traditional wood-fired oven, you'll sit down to enjoy your handcrafted Margherita in a warm, welcoming setting. But the experience doesn’t stop there! You’ll finish with a sweet twist: crispy fried pizza dough bites filled with the world’s most famous chocolate spread, showcasing the creative and indulgent side of Neapolitan street food. This immersive class also shares the philosophy behind he Art of Making Pizza: keep it simple, use the best local ingredients, and cook with heart.
