Meet your host Clay at his lovely home with beautiful views of the marsh on Wilmington Island in Savannah for a private, Southern cooking class. Learn to make a Low Country Boil as well as a vegetable side dish and dessert during this 2.5 hour hands-on cooking class and meal. You'll learn Southern cooking techniques that you can replicate in your home. You'll discover local traditions and learn about the history of the region and its food. Clay is passionate about sharing the history and traditions of Southern cooking and offers a family-style, communal dining and cooking experience at his home.
