It's a cozy, winter oyster tasting with a Maine oyster expert! Join us in our seaside lodge for a delicious, sensory afternoon. We'll pair three different Maine oyster farms with unique wines, focaccia, and stories from the coast!

Sample Menu

You'll sample oysters from 3 Maine farms (four oysters per farm). The oysters are served with lemon and accoutrements.

It's a merry night of "merroir'! Maine in winter is a hidden secret! Our warm, cozy seaside lodge will have you falling in love with a snowy coastline. And the oysters? They're the sweetest in winter, a taste you don't want to miss. Whether it's a special occasion or a winter escape from the city, we'll make it unforgettable. You'll try an array of Maine oysters from three different bodies of water, with unique pairings and accoutrements. We'll discuss how the oysters are grown, the influences on their flavor, Maine's ecology and lifestyle practices, and stories from the coast. Our experience is backed by training and education from the Oyster Master Guild, a certification program and global network of skilled oyster shuckers, sommeliers, educators, and experts.
