Paella: A Family Tradition Passed Down Through Generations Paella has been a very special ritual for my family since I was a child. Thanks to the advice and teachings of my grandmothers, I’ve been able to recreate the same dish that I now want to share with you. You’ll learn all the steps and secrets to making an exquisite Mallorcan paella. Traditionally, we make it with fish and seafood, but we can also prepare a vegetarian or meat version, depending on your preferences. The experience takes place in a magical village in the Tramuntana Mountains—Banyalbufar. My father settled here over 15 years ago to create what is now our home and our animals' home, which we call "Ca Tothom," meaning "The House of Everyone." The kitchen is located on the porch, and together with the garden, it creates an idyllic setting for cooking and sharing unforgettable moments.

Immerse Yourself in Local Culture and Cuisine with a Traditional Paella Cooking Class in a Charming Village Join us for a delightful experience where you'll dive into the heart of local culture and gastronomy. We'll meet at the village center and take a walk to discover its rich history, picturesque streets, and breathtaking views. The walk will end at our home, where you'll enjoy some traditional local appetizers before we start preparing the paella. (PLEASE NOTE: if you don't want to do the walking part you can meet us at 12 at home, just let me know and i will send some parking and home indications!) I’ll guide you through every step and share all the secrets to creating a delicious Mallorcan paella. Together, we’ll cook and savor the dish. Throughout the experience, you’ll also be accompanied by our beloved animals (cats, dogs, chickens, and more), adding an extra touch of warmth to your time with us.

Fabulous - highly recommend! No wonder Patri has only 5 star reviews - she shares her village & her home with you like you are visiting a friend. Highlight Of Our Trip!

Cooking paella with Patri was a truly magical and authentic experience, and the highlight of our entire trip to Mallorca. She is an incredibly warm, kind and hospitable person who welcomed us into her home like we were family. We spent most of the day with her, and every minute felt genuine and caring. It was absolut an great experience. We had a fantastic day with Patri. She is a wonderful Person. She made us cook the most delicious paella in her tiny house with a super nice garden, her cats and her chicken. It was a birthday present for my partner Oliver and was super. Fantastic

It was simply incredibly great and exceeded all our expectations! You simply have to experience Patri with her incredibly warm manner. It was an incredibly great day, I can only recommend it to everyone. And the paella was the best I have ever eaten.
