The activity takes a distinctive turn as participants engage in the art of pasta-making, using the traditional rolling pin method. What makes this experience truly exceptional is the thoughtful inclusion of a slowly cooked ragù, ensuring that every participant can savor the depth and complexity that slow-cooked sauces are known for.

Bruschetta with Lentils and Norcia sausages
The lentils will be cooked in the traditional earthenware pot and the sausages, added after 10 minutes of cooking, will have to be chopped and fried

Strangozzi with ragù
Prepare them by rolling out the dough and then cutting it into strips.zzi with ragù

The tiramisu is prepared with Savoyard biscuits, espresso coffee and mascarpone.
