Join us for a hands-on baking class centered on authentic Greek Phyllo pies. Our family has passed down the same 100-year-old recipes for generations to create hearty, country-style delights. This is the authentic, golden, thick-crust dough of the Greek countryside: rustic, crunchy, and easy for anyone to knead and stretch. We will walk through our organic garden, harvesting seasonal greens and herbs. Back in our open-air kitchen, you will learn to roll and fill your own dough using our own Selection extra virgin olive oil and our family recipes. We keep it simple, ensuring you leave with the knowledge to recreate these flavors in your own kitchen. The recipes: Wild Greens and Feta Goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and oregano Pumpkin with walnuts, cinnamon, and raisins Baklava with honey, cinnamon, and walnuts As our pies bake in the wood-burning oven, we gather at our big Farmer’s Table to share the meal together. It is a moment to disconnect from the noise of modern life and enjoy the honest rewards of the land and our labor. You’ll leave the farm with a full stomach, a new skill, and a true Slow Food experience.

Fun and interesting experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our pie making experience at Lefkada Micro Farm. Andreas greeted us at the gate and took us to meet George who made fresh coffee for us before we began. George gave us a tour of the farm and taught us how to make four kinds of phyllo pies from scratch in the fabulous open air kitchen. Microfarm Review

The spinach pie cooking class was a beautiful experience! We also learned a lot about olive oil production and the real Lefkada. The farm uses quality and natural ingredients and the final products were delicious!

Fun Baking Class with friendly hosts.

We had such a fabulous day making all manner of pies with the guys at Lefkada Micro Farm. Our hosts met us at the gate and served us coffee and home made mountain tea with their own honey. We had a tour of the farm and heard about its history and the award winning olive oil they now make. We then went on to make a variety of pies from scratch which we then ate all together (and got to take the leftovers away with us too).
