Hosted through Cozymeal, this pizza and bread-making class takes place at a welcoming restaurant in the historic center of Lucca. Led by a local culinary expert, you’ll prepare classic breads, focaccia, pizza and a sweet Italian finale while mastering authentic techniques.
The menu you will prepare includes:
- First course: Bread varieties made with whole wheat, semolina and Tuscan flour
- Second course: Traditional pizza and focaccia with toppings such as mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, spicy salami and buffalo mozzarella
- Dessert: Dessert pizza topped with seasonal fruit or chocolate
