Step into a kitchen in Lucca and knead, shape and bake pizza dough from scratch. Prepare savory pies like Margherita or fungi and prosciutto and a sweet dessert pizza with fruit and chocolate.


Then, learn to make focaccia and three types of traditional Italian breads. Gain tips on flour types, rising times and regional techniques. Enjoy your meal with wine or beer if you bring it, and take home versatile recipes for pizza night any day of the week.
