Our Agrichef will tell you stories and anecdotes of the popular peasant tradition and will explain how to knead, thin and cook the real Romagna piadina, you can directly try your hand at the ingredients and test your skills. At the end of the workshop we will taste the product of your work together with a delicious platter of typical local cold cuts and cheeses that will be enhanced by the combination with hot piadina and a glass of Sangiovese.
