Experience Details

The evening combines a memorable live Fado performance with our expertise in creating sophisticated menus that highlight the qualities of the excellent wines produced in the Algarve. The menu changes every season to create unique dishes using only local products in accordance with the philosophy behind the Algarve Food Experience.

What You’ll Experience

The Evening will start on a tour of the vineyard guided by the in-house enologist explaining the different varieties of grapes grown at the farm followed by a live performance of Fado. The performance consists of 4 sessions of 15 minutes each from 8.15 to 10 pm. Between the sessions you will have the chance to try a 4 courses Menu with traditional dishes cooked on site by a local chef. The menu is carefully designed to combine perfectly with the wines produced on the estate.
