  • Weather Note: Douro Valley's temperature is very high in the summer and cold in the winter. Thus, light clothes in summer and warm clothes in the winter are recommended.

  • Infant seats must be requested before the day of the booking.

Welcome to the famous Douro Valley region. This Unesco World Heritage site is the oldest demarcated wine region and its unique landscapes of vineyards, as well as the magical Douro river, will provide you the perfect background for a day fully immersed in wine culture. At the halfway point of the drive to the Douro Region, we will make a short coffee break.

Miradouro Torguiano De Sao Cristovao Do Douro

Visit a unique viewpoint with a privileged view over the river, where you can immortalize the magnificent views by taking some pictures. On the way to the wine estates you will navigate through yet another beautiful road, full of excellent viewpoints over the vineyard filled hills, National Road 323.

Sabrosa

In Sabrosa you’ll learn all about wine production and the history of the Douro Region. You will visit a wine estate and indulge in a sophisticated wine tasting paired with a complete traditional Portuguese lunch. On the way to the other vineyard you’ll visit another photograph worthy viewpoint. Your jaw will drop when you glance over the Douro and the breathtaking mountainous views. Dive deeper into the secrets of wine making and the art, knowledge and passion that goes along with it in another estate guided tour. Lose yourself in the vastness of the vines and taste the best flavors the property has to offer such as Port and table wines, olive oil and honey.
