The cooking class at the Vedetta will allow you to discover and taste the typical Modenese pasta and also one of the most common traditions in the province of Modena that has been handed down from generation to generation, balsamic vinegar.

What You’ll Experience
Immersed in the hills and vineyards, Acetaia la Vedetta offers you a day to discover the classic traditional Modenese pasta
Put your hands in the dough and discover the recipes of fresh Emilian pasta, with Monica's help you will be able to knead fresh pasta, roll it and stuff it with classic traditional recipes.
Monica will teach you how to make stuffed pasta and tagliatelle with meat sauce.
After closing all the tortelloni, Claudio will accompany you to discover another traditional Modenese product; balsamic vinegar also called the black gold of Modena for its value.
He will explain the entire production process to you, also focusing on the area dedicated to the acetification of balsamic vinegar, a gem that not all vinegar makers can afford to have.
At the end of the visit to the vinegar factory and after a short tasting of the various types of vinegar, dinner will be served.
The dinner will include the two traditional pastas previously prepared, a dessert, water and house wine.
This activity is only available on Monday and Tuesday.
