Our guide was wonderful. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took extra time to accommodate our elderly parents and their physical needs. He made the whole experience even better.
The tour never showed up. We were at the meeting location 10 minutes early. They didn’t answer our multiple phone calls, or messages.
