During your private, hands-on Puerto Rican cooking class that lasts about 1.5 hours, learn to cook 3-4 dishes. You will also learn techniques involved in making sofrito, the foundation for most Caribbean dishes using only local ingredients. After cooking, sit down at the table (outdoors, weather permitting) to share the authentic Puerto Rican meal you helped prepare with Johana. Your menu might include dishes such as tapas de mariscos, paella criolla and many more. Your meal concludes with dessert and includes two cocktails or glasses of beer in the cost of your experience.
