It is a complete experience that activates the senses from start to finish. A unique opportunity to discover first-hand all the secrets of Iberian ham, from its preparation to its maturation process. We will tell you what happens during the 4 years of curing that the legs of Iberian Ham spend hanging in our dryers and cellars.


The finishing touch to this experience is the tasting of our best Iberian hams and sausages. A moment designed to experience new sensations also thanks to the Iberian elaborations that you can savor from the hand of a professional chef.


Ten minutes by car from the center of Salamanca you will be able to discover the essence of the process of making ham and enjoy a unique experience with your loved ones.

What You’ll Experience

Private experience and adapted to the needs of each group. - We will show the best kept secrets of how one of the favorite hams is made by famous establishments and great chefs. - A visit to our dryers and cellar showing the process of making Iberian ham and sausage. - A tasting of our best hams and sausages. Possibility of including a live cutter to impart some basic notions of knife cutting in which attendees can test what they have learned. - A showcooking where our chef, Javier Fuentes, will cook his Iberian creations live in our gourmet bar.
